Surprise in the Sky Memory

I see in front of me the basic view of facing forward in my plane. It's cloudy out. The vision is so quick that I can only guess that I'm in a single seater because the guns are mounted in front of me. When I look to my right I can see the ground and clouds below. I can also see one other wing, so the plane must be a biplane. I'd guess I'm over 5,000 feet in the air. The edge of the cock pit presses against my upper arm almost my shoulder when I lean and look out. I see a village below with land divided up for farming. When I look behind me I see the tail and tapering fuselage. I get the impression that the wind really makes things shudder at the back part of the plane. I feel like I should be able to see something vibrating in the wind, something like a cable. There is nothing but white clouds behind me....

It's cold up here! While concentrating on the image of looking behind. I keep thinking I see something dark against the pale clouds. Then I want to to turn around and make my plane turn sharply to the left. It's midday. I can almost see the control board. I think it's wood. A honey brown color like a beer, but not American beer. There are circular gauges and it reminds me of my parents old Ford truck. When I turn the plane, the cold wind really hits me and the plane. I hate it. It's cold and it shoves my bird away from where I wanted to go. Now I'm coming from where the sun is shining.

I just got a flash of something large and dark passing through the air. It surprised me. I turn right quickly and I see another plane. It is a dak greenish color and it is flying away. It must have come out of the clouds and was not expecting to find me because it did not fire upon me. We almost collided. I follow him, but he disappears into the clouds. It's getting thicker up here and I'd hate to die from a stupid mid-air collision.
