Party Poop Memory

I have this fleeting image of a man standing near a railway track and I am talking with this fellow along with another guy and we think something is rather hilarious or amusing. And he is looking at us like we are from Mars or just plain silly. We actually have to coax him into liking the idea. I think we want to do something and have invited this fellow along.

This man has a brown mustache and is taller, heavier than myself. He is dressed in a military uniform. I get the impression that this is earlier in the war. Before I was famous.
