The River Memory

I just had something come to me when I was reading your memory (the Rittmeister's) about the river and someone wading through the water to get you.

I'm chasing someone through the water and it is cold. I can not see who it is since I can only see his back. I'm shouting at him "get back here so I can drown you!!!" that was figuratively speaking though. Everyone is laughing.

I reach a spot where I sink down deeper.  I feel that my "guys" are now in very cold water and I gasp because it is a weird feeling, I can't explain it but you probably know the one I mean when certain things hit cold water.  I look down into the water and shouting something to the effect "help me out here my nuts are freezing!!!"  I look back up at the shore and a group of pilots are pissing themselves laughing and I believe that you are just getting out of the water.  I can't see if it is you since I can only see the back.

I was very tempted to pee my pants just so I can be warmed up a bit.
